MS Money is a software program created by Microsoft Corporation. It
allows individuals to manage their personal finances. As of July 2010,
Microsoft no longer sold the product. Individuals who need support for
the MS Money software may still contact the manufacturer for assistance.
This includes getting help for a lost password. MS Money users may also
recover their password by using free and paid recovery programs. These
programs retrieve password information so MS Money data may still be
accessed.
Instructions
1. Contact Microsoft customer support. Go online to
http://support.microsoft.com/ or use your product manual to call the
number listed for customer support. If you cannot find the number, call
800-936-5700. If your product is not under warranty, there may be a
support fee.
2. Use a free password-recovery site. The website for Free Downloads Center
(see Resources) offers free software to recover your lost MS Money
password. Use caution when choosing other sites that claim to offer a
free download. Most of them want you to purchase the software.
