The HP Mini is a powerful and innovative netbook. In addition to its
ultra-portable capabilities, it can be incorporated in your home theater
system and hooked up to your HDTV to get the maximum use for
presentations or media playback.
Instructions
1. Locate the VGA OUT port on your HP Mini and the VGA IN port on your high-definition television.
2. Plug one end of the VGA cable into your HP Mini and the other end into your television.
3. Switch your television to the correct input if it doesn't do so automatically.
4. Check for a video signal being sent from your HP Mini. If the video
signal is not automatically sent, you can enable it under the Display
properties located in your computer's control panel. Cloning your
desktop allows the same image displayed on your HP Mini to also be
displayed on your TV. Extending the display allows you to use your HP
Mini display and TV as two separate monitors.
